1. Logistics Quotations & Freight Rates
All shipping, freight, and customs clearance quotes are subject to the following criteria:
- Freight rates are highly volatile and subject to carrier scheduling variations. Quotes are
valid for 7 business days unless specified otherwise.
- Quotes are subject to actual cargo weight/dimensions checked at port gate drop-off.
- Applicable customs duties and government tariffs are evaluated by customs offices and must
be paid by the importer/exporter.
2. Dispatch & Transit Timelines
We work to ensure timely freight movements:
- Shipment transit times are estimates provided by ocean or air carriers and are subject to
port congestion, customs checks, or weather anomalies.
- Clients are responsible for inspecting cargo conditions upon port drop-off or warehouse
drop-off.
- Any transit damage, discrepancies, or customs queries must be reported immediately to our
support desk.
3. Payment Terms
Our payment terms for B2B logistics accounts are strictly defined:
- New cargo bookings and one-off customs clearance jobs operate on a full-advance basis.
- Credit agreements for recurring SCM corporate clients are established upon strict credit
assessments.
- Late payments on freight or duty bills will attract interest under standard commercial
rates.
4. Intellectual Property
All logo marks, graphics, copywriting layouts, code, and stylesheets on this website are the
property of NexGlobe LogiSolutions. Sourcing, scraping, or duplicating pages is strictly
prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India,
and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai,
Maharashtra.
