Thank you for partnering with NexGlobe LogiSolutions. Our Refund and
Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines regarding transit cancellations, freight
alterations, and service fee structures for our B2B logistics services.
1. Confirmed Cargo Bookings
For container allocations, ocean freight space, or air cargo bookings confirmed with carriers:
- Cancellations made after booking space is secured with the carrier are subject to carrier
cancellation fees or dead freight charges.
- No refunds are provided for booking space once cargo has been picked up from the shipper
yard or delivered to the port warehouse terminal.
2. Customs Clearance & Advisory Jobs
For custom clearance filings, documentation preparation, and trade consultancy jobs:
- Service fees for customs document filing (shipping bills, bills of entry) are non-refundable
once documentation processing has been initiated with customs systems.
- Any government duty charges paid directly through our brokerage must be settled in full by
the client. Refund claims for duty overpayments must be lodged directly with customs
government offices.
3. Delay & Transit Claims
In the event of transit schedule deviations or delays:
- Shipment schedules are subject to weather, port terminal checks, or carrier scheduling
alterations. We do not provide refunds or credit notes for carrier delays.
- Any physical damage or shortages in cargo checks must be recorded immediately on the transit
proof-of-delivery sheet and reported to our claims desk within 48 hours for insurance
processing.
4. Cancellation Guidelines
Standard logistics pickup requests can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the
scheduled pickup dispatch run.
